Leah grew up in Chicago and moved to Florida in 2004 to complete her Bachelor’s degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. While at University, Leah worked for a mental health/substance abuse treatment centre. She created many connections within this field and ended up moving her career in a slightly different direction working with children and families. While working in these fields Leah recognized her passion for working with and helping people. Leah began her accounting career working as an office manager for a psychiatrist. She has always been able to count on her connections, and they led her to her start in the maritime industry in 2021.
